Richard formed Raine Richards as a vehicle to progress complex investment, development and consultancy projects focusing on delivering solutions that would advance sustainable communities in the urban environment.
Richard is passionate about regeneration, and this is why he developed the “Space-over Concept” as a method of bringing life back to Town and City Centres by developing Car Park sites. This concept now is to be expanded with the concept being considered by our creative team as a model for Social Care.
As well as our current workload here, we are forming a bridge between China and the UK where we are actively involved in assisting in investment projects and focusing in media, education, health, infrastructure, real estate sector vertical farming, and are also successfully bring investors to London
As well as the work in the UK, Raine Richards is also advising on and introducing new approaches to regeneration development projects in Portugal.
